Taal Volcano is a complex volcano located in the island of Luzon, Philippines. It is the 2nd most active volcano in the Philippines. Viewed from Tagaytay Ridge, Taal Volcano and its lake presents one of the most picturesque and attractive views in the Philippines.
You can actually reach the volcano crater by riding the horse.

- Eat heavy meal before you hike.
- Don’t forget to bring lot of drinks!
- Bring extra clothes and towels.
- Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
- Wear a face mask to protect you from volcanic ashes and sulfur.
- Apply sunblock on your skin.
- Bring extra money. There are many souvenir shops at the top of the crater.
- Don’t forget to bring a camera!
