All tourists at all ages will definitely fall in love, entertained and educated because of the unique aquatic experience. I revived my inner childhood when I went there. 💖

Here are some pics of our short sea aquarium adventure:

Did we enjoy the whole adventure? DEFINITELY YES!

Be courteous on theme parks and avoid flash photography. This is for the safety of the animals inside. Thank you.

Hong Kong Disneyland has a special place in my heart. It's because I celebrated my 18th birthday here 8 years ago with my mom and my aunt. It was my first international theme park that I have been.

I'm ecstatic that I brought my whole family here. We allotted a whole day for our Disneyland trip.

I booked through Klook website because it's cheaper. I availed it here https://www.klook.com/activity/39-hong-kong-disneyland-resort-hong-kong/.

What I love about booking online, you will just present a printed or mobile voucher and you're good to go. Unlike if you will book on-site, you have to endure long queues.

Fast forward, here are the few photos we had at HK Disneyland.

After we went to Gwanghwamun Square, Gyeongbokgung Palace and Bukchon Hanok Village, we opt to go to Lotte World. My sister chose this itinerary because she wanted to go there. We chose Lotte World instead of Everland. I heard others prefer the latter one.

Lotte World was very accessible! We just rode a subway from Anguk Station (Bukchon Hanok Village) going to Jamsil Station. The theme park is just a 5 minute walk from that station.

Lotte World is the one of the largest indoor theme parks in Seoul and was opened since 1989. The park features indoor (Adventure Park) and outdoor (Magical Land) sections.

We availed the after 4 pm rate for a discounted price: KRW 38,000 instead of paying KRW 52,000 for a one-day admission ticket.

I was very grateful that we were able to maximize our itinerary: 4 places in one day! :)

The view from the outside park (Magical World) is like a Disneyland park. :)

Hoping to go back again here soon. :)

February 27, 2014 - Our second day in Singapore started with visiting the famous "Universal Studios Singapore". It's my first time to go there and it's my 3rd international amusement park that I've been after HK Disneyland and HK Ocean Park way back in 2010.

Universal Studios Singapore is Southeast Asia's first Universal Studios park. The park occupies 20 hectares of land. How big, right? It was opened last May 28, 2011.

» Before the Trip «

We purchased the tickets through my cousin's friend, who works and lives in Singapore. We only purchased a one-day pass ticket, which costs $76. For child ages 4 years old to 12, the ticket costs $56. For seniors ages 60 and above, the ticket costs $38.

The park also offers annual pass (unlimited one year) and season pass (unlimited 6 months). You can refer their website for more information.

To avoid queue, you can purchase online via their website.

» When is the Best Time to Go There? «

Singapore is a tropical country like Philippines. It's really hot when we went there. I can say anytime is a good day to come but make sure there's no typhoon when you go there. To avoid crowds, it is best to go there early so you can maximize your time on every attractions.

I was able to grab a photo with the Universal Studios globe above 👆 with the less-crowd because we went there early.

» What are the Park's Opening Time? «

The standard opening hours are as follows:
  • 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (non-peak seasons)
  • 10:00 am - 9:00 pm (peak seasons)

» How to Get There? «

Universal Studios Singapore is located inside Resorts World Sentosa. The nearest MRT is HarbourFront Station.

» What to Wear? «

This is an amusement park. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Avoid wearing bulky clothing.

» What to See? «

Upon entering the park, look for the Universal Studios SG map or download the USSG map app on your phone.

There are 7 different zones in the park:

1. Holywood

On the Holywood Boulevard, there are street entertainment (street singers / actors), walk of fame (photo below), dining and shopping boutiques.

2. New York

On New York boulevard, there are also street entertainment (sesame street stage shows), ride (photo below), dining and shopping boutiques as well.

3. Sci-Fi City

On Sci-Fi City, there are rides: Battlestar Galactica (second photo below), Accelerator, and TRANSFORMERS The Ride: The Ultimate 3D Battle. The only tried the latter one as I was afraid to try the first two mentioned. You can also see the Transformer replica here and I did some photo-ops. Good thing, I was able to have a photo (with less crowd again).

4. Ancient Egypt

For the Ancient Egypt section, I was able to try the ride: Revenge of the Mummy. I didn't try the other one: Treasure Hunters.

5. Lost World

Are you fan of the movie "Jurassic Park"? There are few rides here namely: Amber Rock Climb, Canopy Flyer, Dino-Soarin, Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure and WaterWorld.

6. Far Far Away

This section was our last adventure for that day. Hopefully, I will have a chance to go here again soon. 😉

7. Madagascar

Unfortunately, we didn't have photos from Madagascar section. But you can check their website for more information.
